The location, very quite, very nice coffee bars around (Cafe Savoy, Kampa cafe, etc), close to the tram station. The apartment was like new, modern, spacious, clean, very warm, in a very well maintained building. Beds very comfortable. It had a fully equiped kitchen, however we didn't used it.

Very clean, comfortable apartment in a good location. Beautiful old building in Smichov area. Reception staff very kind and accommodating. I had one small problem which they resolved immediately.

The place is amazing. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the receptionist and he was very pleasant and professional. He made the efforts to explain all of the resort facilities, and what is included with our booking and what is extra and how to make reservations for any of the activities available. I have spent two nights here and the only regret I have is that I couldn't spend more time at it.

We really felt welcomed. Kristina is very nice, open, happy to give useful tips about what to visit. The apartment was big, clean and has everything you might need. We enjoyed staying here and warmly recommend the place and the people there.
