We stayed at this hotel in Hamburg for one night while passing through on our way to Italy, and it was a great experience. The hotel is located next to Hamburg’s famous zoo, with excellent access to the metro, making the location outstanding. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel’s design was exceptional, with a beautiful forest and Africa-inspired theme using a lot of wood, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and well designed. Breakfast was excellent, varied, and well prepared. Even though our stay was short, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back soon and stay here for a longer time.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, and the room was large and comfortable. I didn't have a car, but there are several restaurants nearby within walking distance, and you can always eat at the hotel. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the room temperature.
