I loved the comfort that the facility provides! We stayed in a 4 bunk room. Kinda tight for a family of 3 however, we came to Explore, not to sit around in our room. Heated floors in shower. Excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Satisfying. And so many choices! Shower and toilet separate areas which allowed ease of showering without hogging up the bathroom. And allowed privacy.

The staff at the reception was very courteous. Many thanks to Robin for his assistance! The room was very clean, there is a cleaning service every day. The location is great and is very close to the old city on foot. The complimentary breakfast is very nice and quite generous. We liked it very much!

Right across the street from train station in Mainz and bus depots. Wonderful room…felt very cozy. I had a little balcony. I liked the look of the common room and restaurant downstairs but didn’t have time to use them. Bathroom was great..lots of amenities and a good shower with lots of hot water. Very gracious staff that was quite helpful with maps and bus schedules.

The hotel is simply delightful. The design is a rich blend of retro and modern, crafted with incredible attention to detail. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would gladly return again and again. I only had breakfast there, but it felt like sitting in a cozy café with personal service. This is genuinely a pampering hotel, and it’s worth reading what others have to say about it as well.
