It is centrally located, quiet, safe, with several restos, bars, grocery stores, nearby. It is spacious, with complete facilities. We enjoyed the place very much and will surely choose it if and when we are in Barcelona again. The staff are very responsive and promptly addressed any of our questions.

Marc is a top-notch communicator and responded quickly and fully to any little question or concern we had before and during our stay. The place was true to its listing and photos. The apartment is large, well-equipped, nicely-lit, and perfect for a long stay as a couple. Most importantly, the bed is very comfortable with good support. The street and neighborhood felt safe even at night and the building is well-secured. We could hear occasional footsteps and doors from the stairwell but it did not bother our sleep. The location is a quiet pedestrian street near the border of two bustling neighborhoods (Gracia and Eixample). There is an active and charming plaza (Plaça de Vila de Gracia) just a few blocks up the street and many more close by. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Grocery stores and metro stations are just a few minutes walk away and restaurants and bars abound. Although I'm glad we knew in advance, the stairs to the apartment were not a big deal even though I have some knee issues. The handrails are good. (We counted 76 steps.) We highly recommend this apartment and would be very happy to stay there again. Thank you, Marc!
