One of the best designed hotels I have ever stayed in. The interior design of all the spaces is top notch. Spatious rooms and a large bed. The breakfast is a la carte and has some interesting and creative items. Was upgraded for free to a better room and got a free drink for self-checking.

Great location, nice bar downstairs, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, unscented linens, great sound-proofing, fast internet, and super clean! Basically, everything that matters to us for a very reasonable price. We’ll come back the next time we’re in Bilbao.

The staff were exceptional. They helped with any questions we had and were always smiling. We arrived at the beginning of a festival and were informed about the attractions to see and how to get to them. Made the whole stay a totally enjoyable one.

I was only there overnight but it certainly left an impression. The lobby area is stunning and really sets the tone for the dark and moody rooms that are so beautifully appointed it makes me regret not having the time to stay longer. Beautifully beautifully done 👍

Nicely furnished, comfortable apartment, great location in Bilbao’s Casco Vieja. Patricia was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Really appreciated having the portable air conditioning unit - mid September and it was still very warm in Bilbao.
