Excellent staff and a quite good location! The rooms are very spaceous, bright and clean. The bathrooms could use some work, but all in all it's a great hotel when travelling on a budget. The 24h reception makes travelling and exploring Nice easy.

Wonderful hospitality from the host. Great location, close to the centre, the port, and the exit of the city. With exceptionally good interior, decoration, and facilities (everything from snacks and drinks to a hairdryer and washing machine), there's everything you'd ever need and more. The parking space is very close to the apartment, which is very rare for the location, and is decent sized for this part of Europe. Very good AC in both rooms. Lovely terrace. Very peaceful and quiet during the night.
