Great location...5 minutes walk from the town centre, beach and the pier. Great penthouse apartment with 2 bedrooms - with a bathroom each so no need to share! It has been tastefully decorated throughout and had lovely touches like welcome bottles of water, tea bags and milk. Also a beach bag and beach mat which was so handy. The host has clearly taken her time to consider everything and it is excellently equipped.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was very nice, the facilities given were of a very high quality, and the homeowner (Richard) was very welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed to store and eat food, along with a nice dining room to eat at.

Loved the location as the apartment is literally in the town centre of Bournemouth, so getting to/from bars/restaurants/shops/beachfront is all within a 10min walk. Great communication from Charlotte regarding arrival/departure protocol & she also gave some brilliant recommendations for eating/drinking out & also places to visit. Far too many to include in our short stay but we took her up on some & they were spot on. We'll have to come back to fit the rest in. The fact that Charlotte included our car on the residents parking permit was a top addition, really good. It meant we could park right outside the apartment & not have to walk with bags etc.. The private garden oasis is a great addition to a town centre apartment & we made sure we made the most of our time by relaxing there under the lights with a glass of wine - very soothing.
