The room I stayed in was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. Even though there was no breakfast option, offering snacks was a really lovely touch. Bottled water was provided every day, and the room was cleaned regularly, which made me very happy. Additionally, having discounts at some local cafés nearby was a big plus.

The place was very clean, with large rooms and a lot of space. It is located in a beautiful area of Edinburgh, and while it's not "center", it is very easy to reach by bus, tram or car. The host was very responsive. Overall a great stay with amazing views.

Very very clean hotel, restaurant downstairs, close to grocery stores and transit lines. Right alongside the water. Was a very comfortable room, hotel had a fan, elevator and a door that opened to let air in. Incredible stay wish I could have stayed longer. Will keep this hotel in mind for my next trip
