Wonderful stay at Graf Hotel!
Wow — what a great experience! The staff at Graf Hotel are extremely professional and responsive. They took every request seriously, even before my arrival. I had asked for a WhatsApp number to stay in touch in case of any flight delays or cancellations, and they immediately surprised me by reaching out via WhatsApp right after my request — such thoughtful service!
The location is just perfect: only 2 minutes from Freedom Square, with easy access to public transportation. The area around the hotel is lively, with plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops where you can relax even late into the night.
The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was good — a great start to the day.
I truly recommend this hotel, and without a doubt, it will be my first choice next time I visit Tbilisi!

The manger Brandon and Jason are very likable and friendly.
The place has such a great vibe that allows one to feel at home thanks to the Brandon and Jason of course.
