Super clean! All the things you would need and even gave us a free sample of Their families coffee! Such a nice touch and they were super communicative and responsive Egen giving local recommendations. The apt was very organized and thorough. Even though we only stayed for a few hours in between flights it was perfect and close to the airport!

Apart-Hotel "El Lago" is a recently renovated guest house in Guatemala near National Palace Guatemala. There's a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

I loved the apartment. I felt super at home, had lots of space and everything I needed. Bed was super comfy, it was quiet (with closed windows as it is next to a busy street). I felt safe.

This room was better than the one I had previously downstairs. This one had a microwave and a coffee maker. I also liked paying on line via bank transfer and getting the door codes.

The doorman, Mario, was great. He was very friendly and helpful. The place is nice, with good-sized rooms, a warm shower, plenty of water, and comfortable beds. When we arrived, everything seemed clean and tidy.
