We're so relieved this place was available during our stay, because I firmly believe there is no other option this good at this price range anywhere else in the city. It's a gem, and if I were you I'd book it before I regret missing out. It's not about what it does superbly, because there's not much of that. Beds are comfortable, clean, facilities look clean and modern, very western, with a lot of space in the bathroom to place your items and enough space around the TV and closets for all your other belongings. The location is fantastic, not too far from anything as it feels very very centric, while still being on a street that not many cars pass by so it's quiet, and still very safe as it's connected to one of the main roads in Hong Kong that leads you to everything. Metro station is only like 7 min walk, there's some interesting restaurants around and a bus station that takes you directly to the airport and Disney only like 4min walk away. The staff is also very refreshingly nice, caring and go out of their way for you. My friend and I needed some documents printed last minute and they gave us a very reasonable price (much better price compared to the prices at the China Visa place) and printed it even though we requested it at midnight for the following early morning, and were very understanding and patient with us. The sound insulation was quite good, and the AC was working perhaps a little too well (the whole building did feel a little too cold, as it was in the beginning of winter that we stayed there).

The hotel room was clean, neat, tidy, with a very pleasing, comfortable and elegant finishes, with 2 clean and comfortable single beds with clean beddings and pillows, a large TV providing many enlightening, informative and enriching tv channels provided, with a very clean, bright, white washroom with bathtub provided, with self-dispensing comfortable, aromatic and vegan body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. The hotel room was well-situated at the 17th-storey, with high glass windows providing very good, stunning, scenic, elevated views of the surrounding hilltops, tall buildings and roads in the surrounding Kowloon and Yau Ma Tei area.

Minimalist design, super friendly team, super clean and comfy. Great location close to subway, Kowloon park and to many restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities. Good size of rooms. I liked it so much that I extended my stay here from 1 to 3 nights. The team is friendly and helpful. I got upgraded also 😊 The hotel was quiet; I slept like a baby.

I like the place as the location is best near to the Mrt just outside of the building even the shop are thier and the facilities are clean even the staff are so accommodating and friendly.

Location is right next to the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. Make sure you take the exit B- Portland street exit of the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. Very convenient. Great for a 1 person stay. I desperately needed a phone charger and they had exactly what I needed. I arrived very late in the morning- 1.30am, as my flight arrived in hong kong late. I was able to use the codes to get into the building and room.

Good Fortune Inn offers accommodations in Hong Kong, a 8-minute walk from Kowloon Park and 0.8 miles from Harbour City. This 1-star guest house has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom.
