Most beautiful design and room has every possible thing that you can need of. The service is amazing, they helped us to book airport transfer. I personally recommend to dine in their restaurant and try Balinese dinner experience. Especially thanks to Desak,Tana,Doni,Fiona,Aussie, Nicho and all the staff for their exceptional efforts to make our holiday easy and most relaxing. We had a one small problem with credit card payment with booking but the staff in the reception solved the problem best possible way and they even upgraded our room. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if we come back to Kuta

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staffs were very happy, kind and helpful. The room service was excellent. Fabulous breakfast . The toilet has no tube to wash. The pool water was not clean enough.

Our room/suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms and baths that we have stayed in, irregardless of price. My husband had sprained and twisted his knee - the staff brought multiple ice packs up to him. The hotel was elegant; location was superior; room/bath/patio were very large and well appointed. Staff could not have been more helpful.
