His tireless dedication and outstanding service truly stood out. He even arranged VIP treatment for our Nusa Penida island package, adding an extra layer of luxury to our trip. Every detail was taken care of, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Mr wayan was also very polite, humble and provided an exceptional service. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish.

The hosts were absolutely fabulous! The bed was comfy, the ceiling was beautiful, the view from the patio was spectacular, the pool was deep and clean. It was far enough from the city center to be quiet and not crowded, but still a short drive to some great restaurants.

Beautiful place with private pools and a spa on sight. We especially liked the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. There is a free shuttle 3x per day to Ubud center, which is very handy.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life, the service is incredible, the rooms are spacious and cleaned multiple times during the day. the hotel has a lot of activities. they also provided us with a complimentary photoshoot for our honeymoon. In short, words can’t describe how much Mandapa made our honeymoon memorable
