Wonderful location overlooking the Tjampuhan Valley, having your own pool, a beautiful garden, a spacious villa, a home away from home! The staff was exceptionally looking after us and fulfilled all wishes. The menu for breakfast and dinner had a great selection of Indonesian and Western dishes (best Mie Goreng!!). You find total relaxation by having a massage which was exceptional as well, or just absorb the true Bali spirit. We experienced a special dinner by candlelight and Gamelan Music, what a special evening this was! We stayed many times at the Resort, and no doubt we will be back! A big thank you to all the staff at Pita Maha!

This resorts has the best of what Ubud has to offer: villas with views of rice fields or jungle, located next to a creek with river. They offer amazing facilities, like spa, meditation, pool, jacuzzi, swing, organic garden with animals and even farmers, a pond with koi fish, top quality restaurants, a very old sacred tree, a small temple (also a big temple is located right next to the resort). I guess the only thing missing is a kopi luwak farm :)). Everything that you are supposed to do (or see) in Ubud, you can pretty much do without having to leave the comfort of Kappa resort. They also offer daily activities. The quality of the villas is top notch. I wish they would give the options to buy them for personal use, that’s how wonderful they are! Everything is new, clean, and fresh. The staff speaks very good English (better than in other resorts) and they all live in the village nearby, which I think is fantastic! They have very good energy, and they are friendly and willing to help with anything and everything. Very relaxed atmosphere and everyone is helpful. It’s a top quality resort at affordable price. I am happy I didn’t go to Four Seasons, which I was considering.
