One word: WOW! The workers were sooo nice and friendly, especially the guy working at the front desk. Since the first moment, he made me comfortable and feel like home. We felt heartfelt warmth dealing with your staff Ms Violina (if we get her name right), During our noon checkout she had thoughtfully packed for us some sandwiches, knowing that our flight was quite some time later. One staff member stood out among the rest, Mr Ketut Sudiratya. He is soft spoken, well mannered and always hospitable. We had foolishly left our home and motorbike keys in the villa after checkout and we were only aware of it when we were about to board our flight home. Mr Ketut goes out of his way to help us arrange for shipping to ensure we get our keys back. All the while he was constantly updating and reassuring us the whole time. It was definitely supposed to be a stressful situation for us, but this genuinely kind man made the whole process seamless and stress-free for us. We can never thank him enough.
