This property was amazing. The location was ideal if traveling milan by public transportation as there are multiple ways to the subway, Customer service was amazing, and every question and need was addressed in a timely manner, and with us having a dog this accommodation was willing to change our bedding and towels daily per our request.

The apartment was very well equipped and the owner provident an assortment of items for breakfast, e.g. fruit juice, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, fruit, cookies and so forth. It was spacious (two bedrooms and two bathrooms) and very quiet. There was an elevator to the floor of the flat, which was invaluable, because we had some heavy bags. The underground metro station (Loreto) was just a very short walk away and it connected to 2 of the major metro lines in the City of Milan, with easy transfer to the other lines. in addition, just a relatively short walk away, one could catch the historic tram line #1 (at Via Venini- Via Battaglia stop)which leads into the center of the City and stops at the major attractions or points of interest. The tram cars on this line are approximately 100 years old and it was a pleasure to ride them. The Wi-Fi was very easy to connect to and the air-conditioning was a life saver. the English speaking owner was very hospitable and attentive and easy to reach by WhatsApp, to answer any questions. The price of the stay was correct.

Vanya was in contact and came to meet us at the property location. He was so gracious to walk us through the apartment and its features. He explained everything and showed us his pantry and refrigerator that had breakfast items like cakes, rolls, bread, butter, jams as well as beverages like Coffee/Juice/Tea/water. Unit was very clean and spacious. The balcony was quiet and pretty but we did not get to use it. Wifi was out of this world the best on the trip!
