The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The appartment is decorated with great taste, being a harmonious and welcoming environment. The bed is comfortable and also the pillows. It would be useful to have earplugs early in the morning. The location is central, at 3-5 minutes to the train station, so you can plan your train journeys very easily. I did day trips to San Marino, Ravenna and Ancona. The breakfast is Italian, very good espresso, juices and pastries, also boiled eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, but not greens and vegetables. Daily cleaning service is exemplary. There is a hairdryer, soap and shower gel in the bathroom. There is enough space in the room for storage and even to work on the laptop at the table. On summer days, I think the balcony is a good option for relaxation.

The location was fantastic and very quiet - just meters from the Arch and right in the centre of the old town. Just a 2 min walk to the grocery store and close to restaurants, cafes and the town piazza. Natalia has made this feel like a boutique hotel, by adding lots of little touches that indicate a high attention to detail and service level. The communal kitchen area is well appointed and means your apartment won't smell after you have prepared food. The washing machine was great, bed was comfortable, premises was very clean and smelled lovely and Natalia was always available to answer questions and support me where she was able to. I loved it here and would happily return ..

The hospitality of the owner was delightful. He was super cooperative and helpful. As far as the apartment is concerned, it was beautiful, comfortable and clean to live in. The front of the apartment looks really pretty at night. Additionally, it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located very near to Rimini Train Station and is in the centre of the city. We had a wonderful stay there. Must check out this property while you have a stay at Rimini. The place was very clean and well organized, located in the heart of the city. Everything was within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Creative and elegant design of the room and the hotel. Location was very central and underground parking convenient and safe. Breakfast was plentiful. The reception staff was multi-lingual and very helpful. Excellent choice to stay in Rimini.

The location of 6 apartments was outstanding. It was close to the train station, restaurants and shops. Although utilitarian, it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We were there for five days, and on the third day, they replaced our towels. Which was very much appreciated. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment for your convenience. There is also an iron and ironing board in the downstairs laundry. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was quite nice. It also has a modern lift, and the apartment is very secure.
