Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. Grazie mille!

The hotel is operated by really lovely owners that care about their guests. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of delicious sweet pastries in addition to a kind of Continental breakfast. Very attentive staff, old-school but cozy vibes. They have a traditional room key board at the reception, but you can stay out as long as you like in the evening.

Located on a quiet street, and at the same time close to beach, restaurants, shops. Excellent connections with public transport. Only 10 minutes by foot to Miramare train station. The room is comfortable and big enough. Room furniture and amenities are useful and convenient, selected with care to the detail. I would like to thank Hotel and its manager Barbara for being an exceptional host. She was extremely accommodating to all my requests. The atmosphere in the hotel is friendly and family-like. There are rules not permitting visitors in the rooms, which is probably fine to ensure the calm nights). The breakfast is simple but tasty. All in all it is a good experience and I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
