This place rocks! Staff were incredible. So kind and helpful and welcoming. Blankets and beds were very comfortable. Free light breakfast was a great start to every day. Prime location! We hope to come back.

This hotel was awesome and we didn't expect it to be. Very new hotel with excellent rooms, quite modern and a delicious breakfast (don't get me started with the champagne on the buffet) Great location as well with a metro station right beneath the building in a very high end area. Great views of the city. You can't beat the price of this hotel, probably the best out of 5 hotels we stayed at in Japan.

The separation of bathroom facilities (sink, shower/bath, and toilet were separate) and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful in addressing all of our needs.

The room was spacious and very clean. Also, it is walkable from Nagoya station, and is very peaceful throughout. It is also near several places I wanted to visit making it quite ideal.

Just a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station. The staff were all friendly and I was allowed to check in before the check-in time.

The hotel was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Just like every other hotel room in Japan it was very small. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional.

My 2nd time staying at Keihan organisation Hotel. As good as the stay at osaka. The hotel was cleaned, lobby had the things that you needed.

Check in was super fast and simple. The room itself was very clean and there was enough room.

Clean room and spacious for a Japanese hotel. Near the shops, other attractions can be reached through trains.
