Very clean hotel, modern and fresh design, polite and warm staff. Room is more spacious than usual hotels in Japan. I booked this hotel for my daughter’s birthday and requested balloons and cake. The staff were able to assist me in ordering the balloon delivery and the hotel has cakes available for purchase. I also made a dinner reservation and availed of their 5th anniversary course dinner. The food was amazing, so flavorful and pretty. They also have their own coffee blend which is very smooth. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Quick taxi ride from the Nagoya Station. Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay here and I would stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you!

Overall, the hotel was great. Rooms are quite big. We had the view of the park. Toiletries and PJs were provided. I personally loved that it’s one station away from Nagoya Station so I don’t have to deal with the crowds (I try to avoid this stn 😊). Staff were courteous and helpful. Loved our stay here. We will definitely choose to stay here again :)

Great option for families who want to be in the same room together. Few hotels in Nagoya provide for connecting rooms and this option is not guaranteed and is subject to availability upon check in. With Manga Art you get a modern and clean hotel with tons of Manga to be keep you occupied.
