One of the best family stays, convenient and comfy. A bit away from metro stations but very close to Dotombori. Staff are professional and provided maximum support to make my stay easy and efficient. Special recognition to Mr. Mahesh for the extended support he offered until we left the hotel at night.

Very good access from Osaka station. If you are planning to go to the expo, this is a wonderful hotel to stay at due to its accessibility. Take the JR loop, get off at Bentencho station, change to the metro Chuo Line, get off at Kujo station. Chuo line is the same line that you will use to get to the expo Yumeshima station. There are many kinds of restaurants and some drug stores nearby that are open till evening. The drug stores are open till 9:30pm. There are also convenient stores nearby. The hotel provides basic amenities such as towels, toothbrush, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was also well equipped with plates, mugs, cutleries good for two people. We could also use the washing machine to wash in the evening and clothes got dried the next day. It was quiet and the walls were sound proof. Sensored lights at the entrance were very convenient.

I liked everything about this place! It was close to the subway station. There was a supermarket on the ground floor in the same building as the hotel(you still need to go out to get to the entrance, but it was very convenient). Cleanness, kindness, everything was perfect! It was definitely worth staying!

Staff were friendly and spoke English well. The rooms and facilities were very clean. I also felt very safe and secure. You need a keycard to access the elevator and the individual rooms, so I felt very safe in my room. The bathrooms were really clean, and they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. However, other amenities need to be bought. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, but a close 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Namba/Dotonburi area. It’s easy to find and close to transit lines as well.
