The property was ideal for everything me and my wife wanted to do while in Osaka. Dotonbori and Universal were just a few train stations away, and the Aeon mall was less than a ten minute walk. If you’re into walking at night it is very peaceful with a few parks nearby and convenience stores as well. Aside from location the space itself was very large compared to other hotels in the area. A full bathroom with a washer for your clothes, a kitchen with everything you need to make a simple meal or snack and two beds and a little coffee table to help you feel more comfortable.

The main floor converted to a bedroom was very useful for our two family stay. Clean setup and convenient to Universal Studios. A nearby market with a variety of restaurants to visit.

The hotel has an excellent location, with convenient access to both Umeda and Namba via the metro. There is a metro entrance practically right in front of the hotel, along with a Lawson convenience store. The room was exceptionally clean, and we opted for the Hollywood Twin Room, which happened to be the largest room we had during our entire trip through Japan. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The staff were so nice. Most spoke some English so helpful to us. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The location was great. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices. I didn’t use the onsen but it looked nice and peaceful and no one was there when I saw it. * If you’re not familiar, as I wasn’t, you bathe and then use the onsen nude. Separate floors for women and men. They do provide slippers and pajamas.
