Nice place in a really great area. Close to Ebisu station, a few late night restaurants and convenience stores nearby but otherwise incredibly calm. I had an accident and accidentally broke a door hinge. The staff were more worried about my wellbeing than the door hinge, and i paid a very fair price for the reparations.

Awesome location. About 7mins walk to Ebisu station. Facilities have everything you need. Beds comfortable and bathroom great. Kitchen fully stocked. Koki very responsive if any questions. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Tokyo.
