Nice place in a really great area. Close to Ebisu station, a few late night restaurants and convenience stores nearby but otherwise incredibly calm. I had an accident and accidentally broke a door hinge. The staff were more worried about my wellbeing than the door hinge, and i paid a very fair price for the reparations.

The location is excellent, very quiet, no noise at night, the station is a 3-minute walk away and Shibuya is a 20-minute walk away :). The condo is super safe, and Ebisu is full of restaurants and life. There is a konbini shop across the street, spotlessly clean room, furnishings still like new, working air conditioning, air purifier, toiletries, towels, and even dishwashing liquid and a sponge. The washing machine and clothes dryer in the bathroom are very useful. The owner is extremely kind, checking via messages during your stay if anything is missing or if you have any needs. Highly recommended!

The entire house was spotless and beautifully organized, which immediately put us at ease the moment we arrived. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the third-floor bedroom, filled with natural sunlight, made it easy to start each day feeling refreshed.
All the basic amenities—towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and more—were thoughtfully prepared, allowing our whole family to stay comfortably. Our child especially loved exploring the house, which made the trip even more enjoyable for everyone.
The location was convenient as well, with both 7-Eleven and Lawson just a 2-minute walk away—ideal for quick snacks or drinks. I also loved the Ayako Rokkaku artworks displayed throughout the house, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.
Overall, it was an exceptional place to stay, and we would love to come back again.

Unbeatable location, style, cleanliness, shower, facilities. Overall the best bit was the location, 5 mins from station on a really useful line, loads of cafe and shops nearby.
