When making the reservation, we mentioned that we hoped to be arranged a quieter room with a view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel was very considerate and made arrangements for us, giving our vacation a pleasant surprise. As a hotel in the prime area of Tokyo, the room was spacious and the location is very convenient. It is close to Ginza and the subway station. There are several 24hrs convenience store downstairs and there is also a direct airport bus, which was very convenient. The only regret was that I didn't have the chance to enjoy the free access to lounge service this time. I will definitely come back next time.

This is such a delightful place to stay. The staff are incredible and so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location only a few minutes walk from Hibiya station and a 10 min walk to Tokyo station.

The facilities are excellent, the beds are very comfortable and the views of the city are really nice. The location is great with easy access to the train/subway station. Totally recommend and will definitely come back. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

This isn’t my first time staying at MUJI Hotel, I stayed here last year and didn’t hesitate to book again. It has quickly become my hotel of choice in the city. The minimalist design, signature MUJI aesthetic, and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect escape in the heart of Ginza. Every element in the room is thoughtfully designed for comfort and simplicity. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need within walking distance, and having the MUJI store right downstairs is a bonus. It’s always a smooth and relaxing experience, and I look forward to returning again.

We stayed at the Corner Suite and absolutely loved it! The room was quite big, featuring a great lounge area and providing a stunning view on Ginza. We also received a number of nice bonuses, including welcome drinks, free lounge and evening snacks (how smart it is to provide this option for 19:00-23:00 slot, unlike many other hotels who make happy hour at 14:00-17:00 when everyone is out sightseeing!!!) The location can't be better - next to a metro station, surrounded by convenience stores and walking distance to the main shopping areas. Also - many taxis around all the time unlike in many other areas of Tokyo. The staff was exceptional, remembering our choices of evening cocktails by the second night already - this is what i call being truly client oriented. Thank you very much, we will definitely stay again!

We had the best time at Hotel Ginnan. The room was beautiful and spacious. The best part of the whole stay were the owners. They were so nice and welcoming. We wish them all the best, and hope to be back soon. Best hosts we ever had! :) <3

- very new and fresh hotel - it was super clean - room size was good for japan standards - housekeeping every 2 days - pijamas were very comfy - slippers in room - onsen was amazing and clean - staff is very nice, friendly and helpful - great location very close to Tsukiji market, Ginza shopping area and very well connected to every area in Tokyo via metro - cafe at the entrance was nice too for good quality coffee - I’d prefer the same hotel if I come to Tokyo again, very good one!

Primarily the staff were exceptional, so helpful. Secondly the location had easy access to public transport, buses, metro etc and right next to the daily market which was authentic and fascinating. Room size for Tokyo was good with good facilities. Would very much recommend this place.

I really liked that the hotel is located near train stations. There are two train lines that can easily take you anywhere in Tokyo, including both tourist and non-tourist areas. The neighbourhood is very quiet while still being conveniently located. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially with my online queries prior to our arrival. The room was also very spacious, which is uncommon for a typical Tokyo hotel room. There was more than enough space for the four adults staying there. It was also nice to have a service area on each floor equipped with a microwave, sink, and washing machine. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
