The room and view was spectacular. Truly 5 star. The gym was very well equipped and open 24 hours…even Chris Bumsted (Mr Olympia) would have been happy. The spa facilities were excellent.

There's absolutely nothing to dislike about The Westin Yokohama. The staff are phenomenal. The included breakfast is delectable, and the dinner at any of the restaurants is artful and savory. My room is spacious with everything I would need and has an amazing view of the city and port. Aya Enomoto, who performed my deep tissue massage and facial, is a master of her craft. I have had many massages and facials before, but the one I received from her was amazing! This place was home away from home for a few days, and above all, it really did feel "heavenly." Thank you so much for providing exceptional quality and care to make my first time in Japan more memorable. Wonderful people work here. ❤️

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right on a main train station and a large shopping mall. There are endless restaurant options. The hotel is situated on a very nice terrace which offers comfortable sitting areas to eat at or just chill. The staff is welcoming and helpful with excellent English. We did not try the breakfast (as there were many other cheaper options around). Rooms are reasonably sized, hotel has laundry room etc.

The location is perfect, very close to China Town, beautiful ocean view where we can see the cruise ship that we just disembark. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is outstanding. Chief concierge, Ms Ikue Sato and concierge Ms Kaeko Kono were very professional, helpful and answered everything we’ve asked. They are the best of them all. Thank you!!
