I really enjoyed my time here. Ryokan offers great views of the mountains both from the room and from the dining area. I've got a private onsen in my room which was very convenient. The dinner was very abundant with a wide variety of local food. The staff was very friendly and spoke quite some English

Perfect stay with nice & private villa including private breakfast. Staff are so helpful and polite. We got a free taxi ride both ways to and from station. Very close to floral village with 10-15 mins walk.

Everything about this ryokan is beyond perfect. From check-in to checkout was done to perfection. Even the pillows were perfect. The view on Booking is exactly how it looks from the Executive Suite. The area is quiet and makes for the perfect atmosphere. I wish I could give this place a 20 star review. My best stay in 20 years living in Japan. I will come back again

Beautiful facility with equally beautiful people who truly love what they do. The room was gorgeous, dinner and breakfast were truly spectacular.
