It has Spacious room and toilet, you can move around with your luggages, love the duvet covers, big tv, racks, fridge, adjustable table, spacious elevators and hallways. Very good location, it is in the middle of mangwon and hapjeong train stations. Neighborhood has tons of restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores, bank, olive young etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Dream House is located an 8-minute walk from Hapjeong Station and a 10-minute walk from the urban indie street of Hongdae. It offers a semi-buffet breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

We stay for 12 nights here from 18-30 Nov 2024. We arrived at midnight and the staff is waiting for us. The guesthouse has an elevator, and they cleaned our room daily, replacing the shower and face towels with fresh ones each day. They also provided complimentary mineral water (two bottles), tea, coffee, and a water heater. The room and bathroom are spacious complete with bathub, hot and cold water, and a TV. The bed is very soft and comfortable, making us feel right at home—it’s so cozy. The owners and staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The guesthouse’s services and facilities are similar of a star hotel. The location is also convenient, just a 7–10 minute walk from Hapjeong Station, Exit 2. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Korea 😊

The host is very friendly and reachable through WhatApp. the location is very secure incl single travelling women! Very comfortable, very clean room, towles and toiletries are provided. Location is close to Hongdae centre. the breakfast provided is fresh and common kitchen is easy to use for everyone. Water for free all the time!

I was so impressed with the services, the Korean hospitality, the location with great view of Han river. I got a room with river view and it worth every single dollars to have great views. The sunset and the nightlight was mesmerizing. I loved the area and I did walk across Mapo Bridge to Yeouido side to see Cherry blossoms. Hotel breakfast was the best, good fresh ingredients and delicious. The other thing that I love was good air conditioning that I can adjust. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was luxurious. I will come back for sure, to stay here was the best choice of my trip.

The house is well-organized but still can provide anything you need for your holiday. There’s moment I felt like being home while having the breakfast with my friend in the living room, have a look at surroundings of Hongdae. I came to Seoul few times but never found a comfortable guesthouse in Hongdae as I wished but this one is different. It locates near the subway station, clean, and neat. The host was extremely nice to us to give us a ride to the station when the rain was coming. They are lovely couple. I’ll definitely comeback here when I go to Korea.
