Good location in Hongdae not far from Hongik University Station, though with luggage the walk can be a bit long. Nice that there is a washer and detergent for use and there were lots of little details provided included charging converters. Beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and kept the rooms cool. Wifi worked well.

Location: Hongdae is a great area next to a lot of good food and nightlife. The property is super close to the station which made getting around Seoul extremely easy. There were so many great food options and lots of convenience stores nearby. Property: The apartment was super spacious compared to others I’ve stayed at in Korea. The beds were very large and there was still enough floor space to fit 2 luggages. The living room had a large table which could fit 6 people easily and the kitchen was fully equipped with pots and dishes. There’s an onsite clothes washer which was extremely helpful and the air condition worked great. The bathroom was large and the water pressure was great. Host: The host was super kind and we really enjoyed renting from her. We requested more bath towels and they arrived the next day! She was very proactive with communication and we felt so welcomed staying at this accommodation. We would 100% stay here again and we recommend this place for everyone!

We recently stayed at this accommodation in Hongdae for 9 days, and I can honestly say it was one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had as a family. From start to finish, everything was smooth, convenient, and comfortable — and all at a very affordable price! Even before our flight, I was already in touch with the host. They were extremely accommodating and even asked which messaging app I preferred so we could stay connected easily. I chose WeChat, and they downloaded it just for me — such a thoughtful and kind gesture. Throughout our stay, they remained incredibly responsive, warm, and helpful. Every question or request was met with prompt and friendly replies. One of the biggest comforts for us was being able to check in early at 8 AM and check out late at 10 PM. This was a huge help because of our early arrival and late flight — no need to worry about where to leave our bags or find a place we could temporarily hangout. We were able to settle in and enjoy every moment. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a beautiful and spotless home — it even smelled amazing! The space had two rooms and three big beds, which fit our family of five perfectly. Everything was very clean and cozy. The bathroom had a hot and cold shower, high-quality toiletries, and lots of fresh towels and tissue. And yes — you can request for towel refills anytime, which we really appreciated. There were also hair dryers and a hair straightener readily available! The kitchen was another highlight! It had an induction cooker, complete kitchenware and utensils, even child-friendly plates and cups. We got to cook breakfast like locals, which was such a fun and homey experience. The refrigerator was stocked with bottled water (and we could request more anytime), plus there were even some free instant ramen ready for us! We also made great use of the washing machine.

We stayed here for 3 weeks, and feel so lucky to have found this place. The beds were so comfortable, the place was so quiet and warm, there's lots of amazing cafes and restaurants in the backstreets between here and Hongdae. It was also the cleanest place I've stayed in bar none. The host was very helpful, and has a YouTube channel with some shorts on the local area that we appreciated. There was some local Korean treats on arrival for us which was super cute. It's around 10 minutes walk from Hongdae which isn't too bad, getting somewhere this comfortable and well priced close to Hongdae would be impossible. Overall I loved the stay here, and would stay again.

The best hostel experience I've had in roughly fifteen stays. Location: a seven minute walk from Hongik University station. However, this walk is gorgeous, down the "green line": a beautiful pedestrian parkway lined with cafes, bars, and touristy shops! It feels very safe even at late night, you are always surrounded by young people (both groups and solo). There is plenty in the area to eat and drink and our host even suggested a phenomenal k-bbq spot just around the corner. Facilities: easy to locate, down an alleyway so it was quiet and sheltered from outside noise. The community area is calm and tasteful, sometimes soft-jazz is playing. There is a well-stocked kitchen area with complementary teas, coffee, and Korean biscuits to enjoy! You would be able to prepare simple meals or store things in the refrigerator for later. Our room had AC that was blissfully cold given the summer heat, beds with soft sheets and blankets. We had a private bathroom (a luxury for hostels!) with shower and shampoo, conditioner, and body-wash provided. Not soundproof, but other guests were respectful and we had no issues with noise. Staff: I can't list all the ways the staff accommodated us. They were truly outstanding. There is a phone left in the lobby so you can contact the hosts at any time with questions, but typically someone is in the lobby area to attend to guests. Impeccable English which was unexpected but much appreciated! Food recommendations, transportation help, coordinating meet-ups or activities with other guests....We realized too late our American phone chargers used different voltage and our host provided us with adapters so we wouldn't have to go out and buy our own! A laundry service is offered for 5,000 won so you don't even have to fuss with dirty clothes. Mostly, we just enjoyed chatting with the hosts. Another guest realized she had made an error in her booking and came a day early...

The place was very clean and I loved that the neighborhood area was safe and family friendly. The host also provided very clean, minimalistic and pretty basic amenities that were all functioning and user friendly!! 100% will come back to stay again!
