Fantastic reception team, they were so kind and helpful. I had my wallet stolen on the bus to Merida, and lots of fraudulent charges were made and they helped connect to the police who brought us to the right place to make the theft report I need for the bank. They also had great food recommendations.
Location is fantastic, and the pool up top is such a nice lookout point.

We cannot say enough positive things about this property, location and especially the staff. Everyone was absolutely top notch professional. It seemed like we were the only guests in the hotel - by design…. Definitely going to stay here when visiting Mérida again.

And the decor of the hotel combines the Old World ambience of Colonial Merida to all modern amenities. I rank the experience far superior to an American Chain Hotel. Consider it the ideal place to relax and unwind. To forget about the world.

This hotel is in a prime location close to el Centro. It is immaculately clean with daily maid service. The hot water is automatic and the showers have great water pressure and the room has wonderful air conditioning. The wifi is stable. They have a restaurant that is reasonable in cost, and this hotel is right next door to a McDonalds restaurant plus a few other close by places to eat. Uber is abundant, economical and a great way to travel around the city. The employees went above and beyond to make my 6 day stay enjoyable.
