There are many great things about this place: 1) the location can’t be beat, close to many places by foot and beside both important parks 2) very clean with new facilities and a wonderful terrace if you’re lucky to get the 2nd floor apartments 3) consistently reliable hot water and wifi 4) we had to extend our stay by an extra night given flight issues and the host let us check out late and check in early in the free apartment to try to minimize disturbance

I had a great stay! The apartment was spotless and exactly as pictured, which I really appreciated since that’s not always the case. The staff were very communicative. Location in the heart of Condesa couldn’t be better. The only minor downside was that the laundry downstairs wasn’t available for guests during my stay, but it’s hardly a dealbreaker given the overall value. Great experience overall - highly recommend!
