The hotel is very close to the train station and also the central market. The staff was kind and the room was very clean. I saw other travellers complaining the room was small, but I found mine to be a standart size. The double bed was very big and comfortable. The hotel is also a walkable distance from Intercape bus office, so perfect for travellers who continue their journey by bus. Breakfast was tasty and I felt completely safe inside the hotel.

For this price, I think the establishment quite meets the expectation. The staff are friendly and everything is great. Make sure though to organise your lunch and dinner since this is not available in the hotel. However, there are restaurants nearby that you can take your meal and they are also well priced. Their breakfast is superb. Loved it so much. It is a great place. PS: Generally in Maputo, you have to buckle up during rainy season as most places get flooded. This applies to the area surrounding the hotel. Since it is placed on a slope, flowing water from runoff passes through the road and the side walk. This is not a hotel issue but a general observation of the surrounding area and environment. Thank you.

Very clean, quiet and great location with all the facilities you need. The staff was great, they offered me a (free) late check out because of my (long) flight back home that day.

It's been a wonderful experience staying there. It's a truly home away from home. Breakfast every morning was great. Imelda is a lovely person and she was absolutely there to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I strongly recommend. It's also very safe.
