If this is a 2-star hotel then 5-star hotels in Maputo must be mindblowing. Here's what I liked: - Daily cleaning with complimentary water every day - The room has AC, hot water, and a smart TV (I never used it) - The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a situation where I was being severely overcharged in the city. I called the hotel and they called someone nearby to come sort the bill - that was very thoughtful. - The location is near banks and some restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Quimera. While I was only staying one night, I felt right at home straight away thanks to the beautiful welcome from Imelda. My room was comfortable and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. Before I left, I had an amazing breakfast including tea straight from the garden! I am very satisfied with the hotel's location—it is just a few steps away from the Portuguese, French, and American schools, close to the Private hospital, and has an incredible view to the golf course in Maputo. In addition, the Kichnet's is full equiped , clean , security and privacy it is a new building, exceeded my expectations.
