When I exchanged SouthAfrica Rand at airport, I gave her R3000 but I only got R2000. I told this event to Hotel manager, he was very helpful for me. Finally he went to the exchange company to get R1000 back. He is a very reliable man. The security is better than the city center. Many restaurant and supermarket is close to the hotel.

This hotel got everything we needed! Perfect breakfast, nice room with hot shower and a big moscito net around the beds, wonderful green garden with a nice pool and two cute turtles, very peaceful place even though located so central, helpful and friendly staff, and clean and tidy. A safe stay.

I loved the breakfast and cant really complain. There was variety and it was very filling. I actually ended up having a late lunch because I was full still. The staff are polite and respectful. Loved Celia. She was a great help. called an uber upon request, recommended food delivery places and its a bonus that she can speak English. Can recommend this place without hesitation and will definitely go back!

The perfect place to stay. Amazing staff, they were really helpful and everybody was so nice. The breakfast is nice and plenty. The neighbourhood is very safe and you have FEIMA nearby (approx. 15-20 min walk). My room was big and comfortable. 100% recommendable!
