When I exchanged SouthAfrica Rand at airport, I gave her R3000 but I only got R2000. I told this event to Hotel manager, he was very helpful for me. Finally he went to the exchange company to get R1000 back. He is a very reliable man. The security is better than the city center. Many restaurant and supermarket is close to the hotel.

We went there for a work-related trip, so we made many different bookings from Aug 18th to Aug 30th, 2024! The staff was awesome in helping as with ALL needed arrangements, the hotel also has transportation services to/from hotel/airport, so that's very convenient. Breakfast is nice and cleaning services as well. It is located in a good area right in front of a shopping mall (where you can exchange money) and is surrounded by restaurants and cafés. At least for work/business trips this is an excellent option for your stay!
