It's a beautiful hotel. It also has silence, good breakfast and good atmosphere. The room I stayed with my family was large. Very comfy. I love this hotel and I hope I could stay again.

Location was strategic. 7 Eleven is just few feet away. Night cafe is just next door. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There's one big electronic mall just walking distance and there's also food court at the basement. Bugis Street Market is also walking distance close to the hotel. I stayed on the 4th level and just next to the swimming pool.

Checking in and out was a breeze despite the crowd (hotel seems quite popular). The staff especially at the reception is super friendly and polite. We were asked to switch to another room but was not a problem at all since they asked graciously. Slippers are available upon request! Cons: only 2 pillows were provided (1 per guest), additional cost if you ask for more. I sleep while hugging a pillow so this was quite inconvenient for me, wish they provided 2 pillows per guest. Also, walls are thin so we can hear others guests but not a biggie since it's quiet at night. Breakfast spread can be improved as options are very limited, great coffee though! Best: right across Bencoolen Exit A with a nearby 7-11. Amazing location!
