The room was spacious, convenient, comfortable and stylish. The location was ideal. Breakfast was diverse, tasty and at the high level of service.

Yay~ everything was so great! We checked in in the room and on the way there I got a glass of something 😉~ I booked this hotel because of the pool, I’ve never seen anything like this! What else… food was good though I did eat much, only at breakfast Everybody was polite and welcoming Especially one manager, I lost his business card so I can’t remember the name, but he was the kindest to me 😄 All my problems got quickly solved, even at 2 am (when I couldn’t close the closet haha)

Top level hotel. Lots of great options for kids to do and see while at the hotel - had a six year old and a three year old and it was a daily quest to convince them to leave the hotel. Convenient and central location close by the Orchard shopping area, and easy access to anywhere else you need to be at Singapore. Well maintained at a high level. The upgrade to the Valley Wing is worth the extra splurge, as the inclusions make it worth it.

Location is good. Staffs are nice and helpful. Definitely come back on my next trip.

It's really one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Room service is superlative, beds are among the most comfortable I've ever experienced, bathrooms to envy - GHS is the best - don't even get me started on the minibar

The location is very good along orchard street. very accessible to all lines of MRT and Buses too. When you go out of the Hotel it is just along Orchard Road and many convenient store and 24 hours fast food, coffee shops and restaurant.

Staff member Alex is excellent in good manners and good service. I managed to check in early which was a huge bonus after a nite flight. Most of the staff are also helpful

Stayed in a King Room, really nice, spacious room. Very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is large and a lovely spot to relax. Just love all of the York Hotel. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful in all things. This was my third stay here and I'll certainly be staying here again next time I'm in Singapore.
