The staff were kind and helpful. Our room felt a little humid despite the AC blasting. I informed them and they were trying to restart it but it wasn’t working. They offered to switch us rooms since it was late at night and the electrical engineer would arrive early morning but it wasn’t that necessary. But I’m so happy how quickly they were on top of it.

The room was perfect for us, the bed was so comfortable and we had a great shower! The location was also optimal, near to the MRT station, in the heart of Chintown. They gave new towels & waterbottles everyday. We also could refill our bottle in the pantry area of the hotel. We had an amazing stay here.
