I'd like to especially give an extra credit for delicious breakfast but mostly to the lovely restaurant team who made our stay even more remarkable and pleasant. Once again thank you for gluten free options especially catered for my little daughter. Much appreciate!  I would like mention 24h gym that is perfectly equipped and allowed me to fight with jetlag, and also the swimming pool is very relaxing and clean. Rooms were tidy and meticulously clean! Location - in the heart of the city, a few steps away from 2 different metro stations.

When I first saw the pictures of the hotel online, I immediately knew that I wanted to stay there during my visit to SG because it looked so magical. When I actually saw it for the first time, I was mesmerized by their beauty and size, and how nature-friendly they are. They definitely stand out from the surroundings. The staff was friendly, especially Judy from the front desk who checked us in. She made sure to maintain eye contact with me and kept smiling throughout the entire process. It was nice of them to offer us an early check in as well. The hotel prepared a really sweet surprise for us on our anniversary trip. When we walked into the room, there was a handwritten card from Mary. It was incredibly thoughtful of them to arrange a surprise, and I'm grateful for everything they did to help us cherish the wonderful memories from this trip! The location is very convenient, in Chinatown near Clarke Quay, all within walking distance. I definitely recommend this hotel to other guests, and I'm sad that my stay was so short. If i have a chance to visit SG again, I want to stay there again.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Singapore. It is in the central business area. Travel options are close by with bus stops, MRT train stations and the Hop On Hop Off Tourist stops at the hotel. There are lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby the hotel, The hotels own services are very good albeit quite expensive. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and unlimited. Afternoon tea in the Courtyard is a must. The rooms are very good with a very, very nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Room servicing is brilliant with the room cleaned daily but without disturbing you.

Beds were very comfortable. Spacious room. Clean. The filtered water faucet is fantastic. None of these plastic water bottles. And the glass water bottle for us fill and to take around the city is so thoughtful; doing away with plastic.
