Very nice hotel and cozy ambience. The staff are all attentive, courteous and very polite special mention to “Snack” who attended to us during our late check-in, he gave excellent customer service and speaks good English.

Whether it's spa pampering, sunbathing next to the pool or sampling delicious fresh Dim Sum, Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square has it all.

Good check in and check out experiences. Large room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Staff are very friendly and eager to please. Excellent location very near BTS station and Main Pier to catch boats. Great comfortable smoking area.
