1) the room has adequate space with sofa, bathroom is complete with amenities from lotion, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash by Karl lagerfeld. 2)the location is accessible to Chidlom train station. just walk 3 minutes to your left towards mercuryville mall and go up to the 3rd floor. the hotel has a beautiful 7/11 convenience store at the ground floor too. 3) of course the staff spoke well and were very attentive and hospitable.

The Siam Kempinski hotel is connected to the Mall but it feels like it's a separated resort. You don't feel like you are in the middle of a Mall district. The double floor suite could walk into the beautiful pool. I liked that there were no mosquitos even though we were on the ground floor. The breakfast that's served till 11am was amazing with buffet and ala cart options. The decorations and main lobby are impressive and a good combination of modern together with traditional Thai decor. The fresh flower arrangements were excellent throughout the hotel. The Banquet hall and events room is huge and has high ceilings with beautiful chandeliers.
