Location perfect - on the beach. The owner, a very interesting and "sympathique" man from France, was most helpful and gave us lots of useful information. The staff were always smiling and efficient. C'était le pied as the French say.

Great staff and clean and cozy facilities. The restaurant is great, all meals were perfect and it has a big selection. Cher and Markie and all the others were incredibly friendly, we loved it. The rooms are clean and very nice, with the typical nice Thailand vibe.

It is a very nice place, very clean and very quiet even with people staying in the rooms next to mine. Very nice a/c and warm water. The breakfast is very good with a choice of eggs, sausage, pancake, etc. It is away from the busy road so quiet during the day and night.

Best place we stayed at during our trip to Thailand. This place is fairly new and they put a lot of thought into design and function. Staff is super friendly. Not only are the room comfortable to hang out, the lobby of the hotel is amazing. I wish that their pinball machine and Foosball table would have worked. They have several areas to hang out and two pool tables. The breakfast is really good too! We also stayed in a resort at the beach, but preferred this location. Yes, you won't enjoy breakfast at the beach, but you are close to anything on and around the walking street. They were able to cook vegan items for breakfast and dinner, which was another plus for this vegan family. Thank you Chic Lipe for making our stay so enjoyable.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip. An amazing resort on an amazing island. The staff are wonderful and made the stay truly special. I wish to come back to this place one day. Happy hour cocktails and watching the sunset - we will always remember. The room was very comfortable and well serviced.

We loved our stay and will definitely go back. Apart from long travel time to Koh Lipe, this hotel makes it worth bumping up and down in a speedboat for. The accommodation is well-maintained and highly-function, they offered the in-room kitchen (microwave and electric stoves with all the kitchenettes) where you could at least reheat your buy-in meals or even make a light cook. The bathroom with walk-in closet was super cozy and large, a little minus point for the smell from the sewage in the restroom area. We loved the room, the attentiveness of staff, the food despite its very high price (their southern Thai menus were the best we have ever had and were the best of the whole 7 days trip). This hotel would definitely costs you dearly even they are not the famous chain 5 stars, but it worths every single baht I had spent. Kudos to all the staff, from the pier pick-up, front desk, maid, and the restaurant & bar. We had a splendid moment to cherish and remember there.

We had the most amazing time here. Truly blissful. We didn’t leave the resort the entire time because it was so amazing there was no need to. Pictures don’t even do it justice, everything was so beautifully done inside the villa and throughout the entire property, and the setting right on the perfect white sand beach with crystal blue waters also could not have been better. The service from all the staff was incredible we really felt like royalty during the duration of our stay here. We cannot wait to return and enjoy again one day.

Brand new accommodations! New linens, towels, furniture, etc. The room is super clean, with everything in working order. And the owners are wonderful - friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is amazing, steps away from Sunrise Beach and the walking street. Highly recommend this place.

The air-conditioned accommodation is a 11-minute walk from Military Camp. Free Wifi is available throughout the property and Sunrise Beach (Chao Ley Beach) is a few steps away.
