Overall, this hotel was pretty good. The staff were friendly and made the stay feel comfortable. The room was reasonably spacious, especially considering the price compared to similar hotels. The location was also convenient, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Because the bed was too hard for me (not the fault of the hotel, it's just too hard for me personally), I had a hard time sleeping. I asked to cancel the rest of my stay, which was non-refundable, and they agreed and refunded me for the rest of my stay! Very nice and accommodating! Great service!

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to Sanduo shopping district & MRT, easy to get around, plus the LRT aboveground tram loop was a simple walk away. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with great comfortable beds and pillows. The reception area had a really fabulous smell to it! The breakfast although slightly limited was enough. Would highly recommend staying here.

Premium location if you just visit SKM park. Staffs at the restaurant were friendly and working so hard to keep the food station clean. Staffs at reception were great and super helpful. The playgrounds including the tiny one with TV at restaurant were satisfied by little ones. Parking is easy.
