Everything was great from the restaurant, bar, spa, to the quality of the rooms. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff also gave great recommendations. Marta gave me some really good restaurant and bar recommendations. Maria was also really nice and went the extra mile to help me book my bus and other travel arrangements.

We are super happy to have chosen this property, especially because of the 24/7 desk. We were not sure what time at night we would arrive from Poland. The receptionist opened the door after 10pm, helped to carry the suitcase. With electricity cuts, this hotel is the best place to stay, as they have their own generator for power. When the entire Lviv was out of power, we could shower, wash the clothes in the washing machine. Very practical. The breakfasts are very delicious. Our three children loved the property. It is also very spacious, clean, offers house shoes, towels, shampoo, gel, etc. Very friendly staff. Nothing like on AirBnB apartments. Loved it.

Very clean apartment, located right in the city center. All the main attractions are within a 5-minute walk. There’s a store in the building. We noticed that towels were changed in our room, which was a nice touch. We could also leave our luggage after checkout. We’re very happy with the hotel and will definitely return.
