Hotels in West of the Ashley, Charleston

The rooms were extremely clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. Beautiful view

Clean, easy access, just so happy with entire experience

This is the second time we have stayed at the Charleston River View. The facilities were superb—immaculate and safe location. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. The rooms seemed to be sound proof. The maids were friendly and helpful.

Location was very easy to find, right off the main road. Quiet. Entire hotel was spotless in cleanliness, not even a piece of paper on the floor throughout the 5 days I was there. Walls clean throughout. Parking was plentiful despite being a lot of cars at times. Rooms were very large in my opinion, very clean upon arrival. Decent amount of fresh towels and linen on bed was stainless. Bed comfortable, mattress and pillows were firm. Kitchenette was stocked with cups, plates, pots and pans and supplies for cooking was sufficient. Hot water. Rooms were soundproof. Provided plenty of carts for luggage. Elevator was clean and fast. Breakfast was outstanding! Enjoyed hot options as well as quick food for on the go. Staff constantly restocking and cleaning of breakfast area. Hot coffee throughout the morning. Plenty of relief area for pet, property even provides poop bags. Everything was just excellent.

I loved how soft the beds are. I also liked how the hot water and pressure to the shower was. I will defiantly go back

New management is great. Lot of changes

Great staff, clean and comfy room!

I stayed in the Middleton suite , it was pretty spacious, lavishly also. I enjoyed it . Customer service was exceptionally well also. Jasmine is great!

From the moment I walked in to check in I felt very welcome and important. The lady was amazing and very helpful with information of surrounding activities. The rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast tasted amazing, and there were many options to satisfy everyone's preference.
