Hotels in Downtown Dallas, Dallas

Nice clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If I could give the man who checked us in a raise I would do so. He was very helpful.

Clean enviroment lovely friendly staff...

The staff at the front desk and the room design

I love the Bar/restaurant on main floor, very nice and demure

Everything. Beautiful building, style, furnitures. Great location.

I like how the valet was prompt and attentive. When you first walk to the lobby you smell a pleasant scent. All the staff were kind and helpful. The room was a nice size and it I like the robes and slippers!

Voucher did not pay for half of my breakfast. Something to look at...

This will be the only hotel I stay at in Dallas from now on. 5 stars all the way across the board. There was so much to do we didn't even want to leave the hotel.

Location is excellent, staff is very friendly, rooms are bright and clean

Everything!! The staff was so attentive!!

The staff was amazing helping me get checked in and to the room with 3 kids.

So great to have an option that isn’t just the same boring room and pay for “luxuries” that are a waste. Loved the adaptive reuse design with exposed historic building materials.

the courtesy of the check-in, which was handled at 2:00 AM

Great location, beautiful view of Dallas. Stylish room.

We enjoyed an evening on the bar patio with a nice city view, good bistro food, and cocktails. King room with nice amenities. Well insulated rooms for a good night sleep on a very comfortable king bed. Location downtown with minimal weekend traffic was convenient to an event nearby. Easy access from I-35. Front desk (Anthony) was very helpful with dining recommendations. Fastest elevator ever!

It was a great stay. Loved the rooms and setup. It was comfortable and quiet. The bed was so comfortable and TVs were in the bedrooms and living room.
