I stay at many 5-star hotels but this was by far one of my best experiences. The staff was above and beyond friendly, the service was fantastic, literally every encounter with someone from the hotel was so pleasant.

Best place to stay in Santa Monica . Everything is new , very well equipped apartments, good amenities. Very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is brand new and so beautifully appointed. The staff were abundant and helpful. The location is great and has private beach access. The pool was warm and views gorgeous. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with everything you could need. There is a cinema room with hot chocolate and treats for families - unfortunately we were not told about this at check in but discovered for ourselves on our last night.
