Location and the space available. Thec3rd bedroom was a bit small and didn't have much space for luggage and hanging clothes. It was a bit tough to give the couples privacy since they needed to use the access from the 2nd bathroom to get the room. Also with no place for their stuff the 2nd couples bedroom became a busy place and no privacy.

I had an excellent stay — the condo was spotless, modern, and easy to access, with everything exactly as described. It’s in a very convenient location just off a main artery into downtown from the southeast, which makes it easy to navigate the city without relying solely on the interstate system. The host was extremely communicative and helpful, and promptly resolved a small issue with the coffee maker — a new one was delivered right away. The condo itself was really comfortable and well-equipped, with the washer/dryer being a real plus for a longer stay. Access to downtown was quick and straightforward, and the location is a great base for exploring greater Nashville by car.

It was quiet, clean, great location, and very cute. With the temperature being so hot outside, the temperate inside was always wonderful. Communication was excellent.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and every room was very spacious in a modern and, what looks like, brand new campus-style building complex. You can find a cute coffee shop, chocolate shop, and fish/poke store right inside the complex which is very convenient (check the opening times because they are limited). The apartment comes with a full kitchen and laundry/dryer which is great for extended stays, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great if you have a car, free parking included inside the complex, it felt very safe. If you are not traveling with a car, then you'll need to Uber to downtown (about a 10-15 min drive). Make sure to go to Game Terminal while you are there, it's a huge arcade with old school machine games super close to the apartment.

I liked the industrial look of the unit. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. The bed was really comfortable. I enjoyed the cookbook on the coffee table and even took pictures of some of the recipes.
