It was the best hostel that I stayed so far. They help you with everthing, you can change your towels for free or you can ask them to change your sheets anytime. We had a thanksgiving complimentary dinner and had a great time meeting with many travelers from all over the world.

Very comfortable room with great bed and shower. Nicely decorated hotel. The location was good, a 5-10 minute walk to Bourbon Street area/ Canal Street where lots of shopping was. The staff were friendly. Very clean and felt secure.

Excellent in every way! This is the best hotel tonstay. Perfect location best service and no rats/mouse, which is a plus for New Orleans lol. Sheraton is always the best choice.

I really loved the location of the hotel it was in very close proximate to all the attractions. The staff was really nice and the facilities were extremely clean. When I do return to New Orleans, this is where I would choose to stay.
