First off this is my husbands account but I’m the one who stayed here. My names Jillian and I have been traveling since 1987, all over the world . Exceptional doesn’t even begin to cover this hotel. The room, staff and location are by far the best I have ever seen. I’m in a wheelchair, and most accessible rooms are ok some are good but this one was better then anything I have ever stayed in. I can’t say enough about how great the staff is all of them, from the cleaning girls to the maintenance men and everyone in between. Just to many names to call out, they are all amazing. I was traveling by myself and had a mechanical failure on my chair, everyone one from the owner to the night maintenance guy tried to help me fix it. You just don’t get that in a chain hotel. For example one night I ordered dinner and forgot to get a drink, Fernando, who was working the night shift ran out and got me a soda before the shop closed. They opened doors for me every time I went in and out (it was a lot as I’m a smoker) brought me a chair so I didn’t have to sit on the sidewalk, and last but not least they are babysitting my very precious wheelchair until I can get back and pick her up. Once again I can’t say it enough this is an awesome place to stay. So clean and well taken care of. This was an amazing find. You won’t regret staying here. Thank you guys so much for making my first trip to New York City A trip I’ll never forget.

Best location in Manhattan. Quiet residential area, subway two blocks away, supermarket right across the street. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. Steps away from Central Park.
The kitchenette in room is a must. Housekeeping was fantastic.

The hotel is clean and very well maintained. I believe it was recently renovated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to public transportation and walking distance to shops, restaurants, Central Park etc. The breakfast voucher was great- we enjoyed the option of starting the day with a pastry/sandwich and a coffee. The gym is also great- very clean and well maintained.

The location was excellent, very close to the metro and with easy access to central areas. There were plenty of markets and dining options nearby, which made it easy to meet our daily needs. Having three separate bedrooms was a big advantage for us; everyone had their own space, which allowed for personal privacy and comfort. The shared living areas were functional, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. The interior was tastefully decorated, and we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We experienced a minor issue with the internet, but a team member came promptly and resolved it. From check-in to check-out, the staff were extremely helpful and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely come back again!
