Everything! We had a great stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Celine recommended a wonderful day tour and helped with many things. Tuna went above and beyond board at night, and Katy did the same during the day. Micheal made sure we had everything when we checked in. The price was right too!

The hotel is new (3 months old) and nicely decorated. You get a welcome drink and cold towel on arrival. We stayed in two rooms during our stay. One with a terrace (7th floor) and then one of the presidential suites with two small balconies (9th floor) I highly recommend the presidential suite for the extra room and large bathroom. The staff are lovely and very friendly. We had trouble getting a Grab through the app to the train station on check out and the staff booked one for us and because the road in front of the hotel was closed to cars they sent two staff with us, with our suitcases a couple of blocks to meet the Grab taxi - great service! They also, packed two takeaway food parcels for us for our train trip at no charge (very thoughtful!)

We stayed here for a day during our 22 hour layover in Hanoi. We loved the early checkin, the room, the spacious balcony, and the friendly staff. And we are right in the middle of old quarter. It was a perfect plase to stay to experience the old quarter.
