We stayed for 4 nights with 3 young kids and we're sorry we couldn't stay for more. The rooms are great and definitely the best showers we had, one was in the house garden and that was wonderful. The beds are good And you have all you need in the room with good private wifi. Breakfast is superb, the best we had in Vietnam. Also the pool is wonderful with great view and our kids loved running around in the small kids area and gym. The staff are more then great, nice, helpful and genoruse. The location is just near the main street with lots of places to go, 5min car ride to the market, grab is easy to catch here. We highly recommend it!!

The staff were really exceptional! Very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet that included an egg station was good. Everything in the room seemed new and worked perfectly. The shower had tons of pressure and warm water. Towels and linens were all very clean and smelled nice.

Very helpful. Got new towels every day. Could rent scooters too. They helped my sister when she got sick and gave her medicine. Breakfast was pleasant. Swimming pool was very clean! It is a bit far from the beaches, not walking distance but the scooter rental was so cheap and nice! They have brand new scooters so it was nice!

First I booked 2 nights in private room, and we fell in love with this place as we arrived so we extended the staying to 6 days! after traveling and sleeping in hostels we felt that we arrived home. it is cute place not too big but nor small it has small nice pool, dorm rooms are available too and the lobby/restaurant has comfortable coaches and you will always find people there. there is kitchen and a lot of good supermarkets nearby. the location is good and everything is close - beautiful beach right across the street, qym and good coffee around. the women whos running this place so nice and will help you with anything. if you looking a place to stay in Phu Quoc center - this is the place.

From the moment I arrived at Cassia everything was perfect, it is an oasis of calm. All the staff are lovely, free morning yoga classes were excellent, everything you could want is at the buffet. The surroundings are beautiful, I couldn’t recommend this place more.
